Whether you seek classic cocktails, craft cocktails, culinary cocktails, fun cocktails or just something to sip, New Deal has a spirit for every occasion. We’ve been crafting our spirits with passion and precision in Portland’s Central Eastside since 2004, using the best local ingredients and customized distillation equipment. Inspired by the DIY creative culture of Portland’s pioneering craft brewers, winemakers and artisans, we love experimenting with quality ingredients, while being mindful of how our production effects the community around us. Our goal is to do well and drink well, source locally whenever possible and continuously support the activists, creators, and ordinary citizens who do extraordinary things in our community every day.
These premium Oregon Straight whiskeys are fermented and distilled in-house at our distillery in Southeast Portland. Each one spends over three years aging in new charred American oak barrels to mellow and enhance their flavor. With the exception of a few West Coast bottle shops, our Distiller’s Reserve Whiskeys are only available at the New Deal Bottle Shop.
The Distiller’s Workshop Series is our experimental, limited-release line of spirits, including brandies, rums, brandies, whiskeys, white dogs, moonshines, and other specialty craft spirits. These ultra-small-batch releases are only available at the Bottle Shop at our distillery in Portland’s Central Eastside.
